FAQs
How many sessions will I need?
I recommend trying one session initially to see if this is a good fit for you, then followed by a block of up to 10 sessions. The more sessions you have, the deeper you will be able to go with your healing.
What is the cost?
1 Hour Session £70
90 minute Session £100
Sessions available in person in SW19, or online (Zoom)
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
I ask for 24 hours notice to give me time to fill the appointment space, otherwise you will be charged for the session.

Daniella always choose the best technique according to how I feel and my needs. I always end the session relaxed, aware of how I am feeling and most of all equipped to face these similar negative emotions/feelings. For example, the gratitude/manifestation journal that I keep doing since the start, I should say this simple habit really helped me to realize the positive in my life and give me a direction for the following day. I don’t know if this is the only reason but I feel happier since then. Also she taught me coherent breathing techniques, mantra and hypnotherapy anchorage that I can use in case of crisis.
